MDMC founded and Finlayson Holdings established in Christchurch, New Zealand — August 2016. Work begins with our first client, a relationship that continues today.
The company that would become Perpetua Software is established — the group's future engineering arm.
First employees join, and a permanent Christchurch office. An industry-first online booking platform ships for our anchor client.
Work extends internationally — a project delivered in the United States, and another as far as the Philippines.
A real-time customer reporting platform launches for the anchor client, serving New Zealand and Australia.
The group's teams grow across New Zealand and Australia, including Perpetua Software's first Australian hire.
A second full rebrand ships for the anchor client. Approval is granted to establish in Yokohama.
Finlayson Holdings Japan KK incorporated in Yokohama — July 2026. A first Japanese office opens at KITANAKA BRICK & WHITE, and the first domestic project ships: a bilingual website and booking system for the inbound tourism sector. The anchor client relationship passes ten years.
